Driving Lessons in Stockport

Stockport is the original home of Beverly Slater School of Motoring. Established over 14 years ago our patient male and female instructors have a wealth of local knowledge. We cover all areas and teach driving lessons in both manual and automatic cars. All our instructors are very experienced, patient and calm. They are all experts in the skills you need to pass your driving test and remain a safe and confident driver.

On your first lesson your instructor will ask by what date you would like to have passed your driving test. Together you will work out a course of lessons tailored to your deadline date.

If you are a beginner your instructor will start you off on quiet, wide roads and as you progress and become more confident you will master the big roundabouts like Portwood, the busy A6 with its bus lanes and the A34 Kingsway dual carriageway.

If you already have some driving experience, your instructor will quickly assess where you are and you will not have to start at the beginning all over again. You will be amazed how quickly you will pick it back up again!

We can pick you up from home, school, work, college etc. Driving lessons are available every day, including weekends and evenings.
